PluncSnap: Combining PlanUNC with ITK-SNAP

PluncSnap, a pre-built version of PLanUNC combined with the ITK-SNAP segmentation tool, is now available.

ITK-SNAP is an open-source segmentation package begun at UNC and developed over a period of years. It provides additional segmentation features including a partially automatic "growing bubble" method. PluncSnap makes it possible to enter ITK-SNAP from within PLUNC and, after creating segmentations, continue working in PLUNC with the new contours.
